A lively ceilidh is a great way to unite guests of all ages on the dance floor.

Ceilidh's Comet specialise in playing traditional barn dance music from the UK and Europe, creating a lively, friendly and fun atmosphere to make your event truly memorable.

Accordion, fiddles and acoustic guitar are the backbone of the band with optional bodhran drum and upright bass for a full band sound.

We also play folk style music at festivals and music clubs.

Swing Your Partners

The band includes a friendly, engaging dance caller to talk your guests through each move so that everyone can join in, even if they have no ceilidh dancing experience.
Our caller demonstrates each dance and joins in,
helping the dancers step to the tunes.
